Really good Dining Experience

I had the pleasure of dining at the French restaurant while staying at Barcelo Maya Palace. The service was excellent, and the food was on par with top-tier restaurants back home. The kids loved the atmosphere, and it became a favorite of ours. I'd highly recommend trying it when you visit!

Amazing Hydrotherapy Spa

During our stay, we experienced the hydrotherapy at the resort spa, and it was very nice! The hot tubs and citrus-scented showers were a relaxing end to our busy days. We wish we had taken the time to enjoy it more than once. It's the perfect way to unwind!

Our stay at Barcelo Maya Palace was absolutely wonderful! The service was outstanding, and the food was incredible, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The pools and activities for the kids made it family-friendly and entertaining. However, the sheer size of the resort might be overwhelming for those with mobility issues. Overall, it was an exceptional value for an all-inclusive experience, and we can’t wait to return!

My stay at the resort was filled with ups and downs. The beach and snorkeling right off the hotel were fantastic, and the staff made us feel welcomed. However, the check-in process was chaotic, and the dining options, especially a la carte, left a lot to be desired. Despite the friendly service, I don't think the premium upgrade was worth it given the issues we faced.
